The City of Buffalo, Missouri is soliciting proposals for trade in and purchase of 80 hp skid steer.  Sealed bids will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. on March 26, 2018.  No proposals will be accepted after the time of closing of bids.

 

Trade In:  863 Turbo Bobcat 73 hp G Series – Year 2001, low hours

Minimum Options:  (1)Vertical Lift (2) High and Low Speed (3) Cab Heat and Air Conditioning (4) Tires (5) Hydraulic Coupler (6) Ride Control (7) Mechanical Hand Controls

Prices quoted are to be F.O.B. Buffalo, Missouri.  All purchases shall be exempt from all taxes, including state and federal taxes.  Exemption certificates will be furnished upon request.

The City of Buffalo reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities and irregularities in bidding.  The City of Buffalo reserves the right to withhold bids for a period of sixty days from the bid opening date.  The City also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to waive any formality therein.  Any contract awarded pursuant to this RFP shall be awarded in accordance with Chapter 146 of the City of Buffalo Code, to the lowest responsible bidder, subject to state and federal law.  Questions should be referred to John Hardin (417) 345-5565.
