Long Term Skilled Nursing Care |

| Our skilled nursing care facilities provide short-term and long-term stays. Short-term stays may be required after discharge from a hospital setting, when 24-hour care is needed for nursing and/or rehabilitation. Long-term stays may be necessary for those individuals needing routine assistance. Our facilities provide a safe, comfortable and pleasant living environment. We encourage independence and promote quality of life for each of our residents. Regular visits are made to our facilities by local physicians, dentists, podiatrists, eye care professionals and psychiatrists. All facilities offer resident and family services including: social services, daily activities and monthly outings, beauty and barber services, visits from community and school organizations, laundry services, church services and pharmacy services. Monthly family support groups and resident care plan meetings assist family members with education and resources to enhance the quality of time shared with your loved one.
